Statement of Faith

At Rhema Embassy, our beliefs and principles are rooted in the Word of God and guided by the leading of the Holy Spirit. We uphold the following core doctrines that define our faith, mission, and ministry:We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the ultimate source of truth and the foundation for our faith, teachings, and actions. The Scriptures reveal God’s will for humanity, and we commit to preaching and living according to its precepts.
We believe that God expresses Himself in three persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. This is known as the Trinity. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, and together they are the one true God.
  • God the Father: The Creator of the universe, who sent His Son to redeem humanity and who, through the Holy Spirit, continues to guide and empower His people.
  • God the Son (Jesus Christ): Jesus is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He was sent to earth to reveal God's love, teach about salvation, and, through His death and resurrection, offer forgiveness of sins and eternal life to all who believe in Him.
  • God the Holy Spirit: The Spirit of God who dwells within believers, empowering them to live godly lives, teaching them all truth, and enabling them to fulfill God's purposes on earth. The Holy Spirit is the active presence of God, guiding, comforting, and equipping His people for ministry and service.
Salvation Through Faith in Jesus Christ:We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Jesus' sacrifice on the cross provides the way for humanity to be reconciled with God. Those who accept Christ as Lord and Savior receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life. The Authority of the Bible:We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final source of truth and instruction for life, faith, and ministry. It reveals God's will and purpose for humanity. The Importance of the Church:We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, called to carry out His mission on earth. The Church is a community of believers who come together to worship, pray, fellowship, and serve. The Church is entrusted with the gospel and the task of making disciples of all nations. The Power of Prayer and the Holy Spirit:We believe in the power of prayer and the role of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer. Through prayer, we communicate with God, seek His guidance, and intercede for others. The Holy Spirit empowers us to live holy lives, to heal the sick, cast out demons, and preach the gospel with power. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. His death and resurrection are the foundation of our salvation, and through Him, we receive forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life. Jesus is the only way to the Father and the Savior of the world. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We are saved not by our works, but by God’s grace as we repent of our sins and place our faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Salvation is a gift, and we receive it through personal repentance and belief in the gospel. We believe in the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity, sent to empower believers for righteous living, spiritual growth, and ministry. The Holy Spirit convicts of sin, empowers us to live holy lives, equips us with spiritual gifts, and leads us into all truth. We believe in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, including the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues and the operation of spiritual gifts. We believe in the Church as the body of Christ, composed of all believers who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The Church exists to worship God, preach the gospel, make disciples, and minister to the needs of the world. We believe in the importance of fellowship, mutual support, and service within the community of believers. We believe in the personal and imminent return of Jesus Christ. He will come again to gather His Church, judge the living and the dead, and establish His eternal Kingdom. This hope is a cornerstone of our faith, and we live in anticipation of His return, striving to be faithful and obedient in all that He has called us to do.We believe in the power of God to heal and deliver people from all forms of sickness, bondage, and oppression. Jesus Christ is the healer, and through His stripes, we are healed. We believe that physical, emotional, and spiritual healing are available to all who trust in God and believe in His power to restore. We believe in the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper (Communion) as essential practices for believers. Baptism by immersion symbolizes the believer’s identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Lord’s Supper is a sacred remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice for us, symbolized by the bread and the cup.We believe that the Kingdom of God is both a present reality and a future hope. Through Jesus Christ, we have been transferred into God’s Kingdom, and we are called to live as citizens of that Kingdom, reflecting God’s righteousness, peace, and joy. We are called to advance the Kingdom of God on earth through evangelism, discipleship, and works of service. We believe in the empowerment of every believer to live a victorious life and to carry out the work of the Kingdom. Through the Holy Spirit, God equips each believer with spiritual gifts, talents, and abilities to fulfill their God-given purpose and make a difference in the world. We believe that the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature is a command for every believer. We are called to share the message of salvation and to make disciples of all nations, impacting our communities and the world with the love and truth of Jesus Christ. These beliefs are the foundation upon which Rhema Embassy stands. We are committed to living and ministering according to these principles, faithfully following Jesus Christ and advancing His Kingdom on earth. As we continue to reach the lost, disciple the saved, and empower believers, we remain firmly anchored in the truth of God’s Word, guided by the Holy Spirit, and driven by the love of Christ.
